Joe and his crew were absolutely amazing! He had two guys with him, and one of them, Josias, was such a sweetheart. He went above and beyond cleaning our windows and even told me that if I ever needed them cleaned again, he’d be happy to stop by. That kind of kindness and thoughtfulness really stood out to me. The entire crew was so respectful of my home, my kids, and me throughout the whole process. They worked efficiently, did a super good job, and left everything spotless. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the experience. If you’re looking for a window contractor who is professional, respectful, and truly cares about doing quality work, I highly recommend Joe and his team!

Mike fixed two sliding glass door handles that I’ve been trying to fix for a long time. Yay! He did it in a very short time, was efficient and very personable. He even gave me advice on maintaining my windows and doors!

I had Window Doctor replace my slider/transom with a custom slider and also replace two bedroom windows. Joe was great to work with. He came out right away and gave me a fair estimate. He set my expectations by explaining that it would take some time to get the custom slider in. The installation could not have gone smoother-- Joe and the guys were very respectful of my home and proper Covid protocols. The new door and windows are perfect! I liked working with Joe so much that I've now ordered a Security door from him. You cannot go wrong with having Joe (Window Doctor) do your windows-- I feel very fortunate to have found him!

Having just bought a house that needed a replacement window, I called around and really struggled to find someone who would come out to give an estimate for just one window. It was even harder to find someone who would repair just the outside of another window that needed to be fixed--most people told me that it would be cheaper to just remove the window! Joe at Window Doctor came out when I asked for the estimate, and the prices and timeline he quoted were so reasonable that we ended up asking him to upgrade our patio door and replace a broken shed window as well. There was a minor mishap upon installation where he realized that the wrong patio door had been delivered, but he sent his assistant to pick up the correct one, and fixed that weird outside window frame for me free of charge while he waited! Joe was able to work with my budget and within my immediate needs for the new house, and the new windows and patio door look great! The patio door is more secure and easier to use than the old one too. We'll definitely be calling Window Doctor in the future to replace more windows--possibly two or three at a time as we can get the budget together for it.
