"Well we purchased the package for $60 but it didn't include much. So we paid an extra $30 to get a deeper cleaning. The item was purchased in February and I called him quite a few times. He took too much time to call us back to schedule. It was frustrating. He was quite full of himself. There were several things that he didn't clean. Not very through.

They returned my call right away and were flexible when I needed to change the date the following week, and when they knew they need to change the time by a couple hours, they called me the day before to make sure that would work. ? "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
