"Avoid Shubert Plumbing like the plague. They falsify their estimates, inflate their bills with false material and labor costs, and overcharge their customers time and again. We have a plumbing system Shubert worked on with the prior owners so we kept them to work on it. So Shubert gave us a $9,000 estimate to repair pipes upstairs which grew to $16,000 with no change in scope when the work was done. They have done this to us a couple of times now, and we are done working with Shubert and team. Recently, Shubert claimed to need 3 plumbers all day (aka 8hrs each) to replace a hot water heater. They were here for 4 hours for the install and two plumbers were idle most of the time. After the install we still did not have hot water, they left the old water heater in the driveway for almost a month and left a black sludge on the garage floor for a month. And they wanted to get paid before taking a month to finally finish the job. Avoid these folks at all costs!! "

Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day.
