"Michael kept me informed by text of his arrival time. He found that the crack in my foundation was just on the surface, not all the way through. "Jim came sooner then expected. Look at the fithy drain and gave a reasonable estimate. Stating if he didn't have it finished in about an hour then he would have to come back and do more extensive work.
My drain was clogged with debris from recent construction and pack in the very well. Jim started and was done before I had time to question it.
