We hired House2Home ((Elko) in September 2024 to replace our blinds with Hunter Douglas remote control blinds. Paid $17,000 up front with ~ delivery. Frequent request for delivery was met with unsatisfactory response. Blamed HD for delay. Threats of retaliation via legal sources got some reaction from House2Home in March of 2025. Still waiting on completion of blind installation August 2025. This will likely have to be settled in court. H2H ghosted us. PS: the blinds they did install are sweet.

DO NOT HIRE HER. BEATRICE PUCKETT IS A SCAMMER. She measured my windows in July 2024 and I ordered almost 6k in blinds. After several months of no contact from her, I began to reach out. And was ghosted. She never responded so I contacted Hunter [Provider Name Removed]. Hunter [Provider Name Removed] had no record of the order. She took money and never ordered the blinds. Thankfully ,no took out a case they my credit card company and they were able to get my money back. Currently , there is an open case against her at the police department because she has done the same thing to others. Don't be fooled. And don't do business with her.
