"When our hardwood floor was water damaged, the insurance co. wanted us to refinish the entire kitchen and dining area. Clancey was totally open to other ideas. He replaced the damaged area with a beautiful inlay of black walnut and hickory. "Good quality - inspected the work frequently. A bit of a disconnect between Dan and communicating significant information with the guys doing the work - just gotta speak up. When an accident occurred (through no fault of his worker) that damaged personal property, he didnt make the employee pay for it, but rather compensated with a check for the amount of replacement. He takes care of his workers. I'd hire him again and refer him."
