Groundworks crew installed five helical peers and attempted to raise our foundation wall; unfortunately, the crew was unsuccessful. We contacted Erick B., the supervisor, and asked him to come to our home location and discussed our concerns and requested another attempt to raise the foundation wall. Erick agreed and scheduled the appointment. "Jim came sooner then expected. Look at the fithy drain and gave a reasonable estimate. Stating if he didn't have it finished in about an hour then he would have to come back and do more extensive work.
My drain was clogged with debris from recent construction and pack in the very well. Jim started and was done before I had time to question it.
