"Woke up today to find an invoice from Denver Gutter Cleaning for services performed on 11/6/25. I did get a text from them at 11:24am that day stating they would arrive within a few minutes to one hour. By 3PM they were still a no show so I called Denver Gutter and Ernie answered. Ernie said his records show they did complete our service this morning. I told him I have pictures of full gutters so then he said maybe they had trouble finding you house. He said he would re-schedule, however, this is the 2nd and possibly 3rd time in the last few years the same thing happened with the same excuses. I said I did not want to re-schedule until someone from management calls me. I did miss a call at 7:36am the next day and another from Jason at 10:40am who said he woudl call right back. No such call and then the invoice for work never done. I do not suspect any foul play just poor management and an out of control company. I have the pictures with dates and times to back up my complaint but unfo"

With routine maintenance, gutters don’t usually need to be replaced for 20 years, but there are warning signs that they might need early replacement. Signs that your gutters need to be replaced include sagging, visible cracks or holes, peeling paint, rust, standing water in your gutter, and water leaking into your basement. When cleaning gutters, your pressure washer shouldn’t exceed a pressure rating range of 1,500 and 1,800 psi. Remember—gutters are designed to withstand the pressure of heavy rain and not much else. While the force of the water in a pressure washer will get rid of the dirt and debris, too much force can damage your gutters and, if you’re not careful, your house. A high PSI will have you prepped to call a professional when your gutter leaks. It could also mess up the gutter joints or even blow the tiles off of your roof.
