"I called Vlad on a Thursday about a repair that I needed on a Quartz countertop. He answered my call and we talked. I texted him some pictures. He called me back with a price that seemed fair from other prices that I had received, and I decided to move forward with Vlad and EZ Fix. He said he could take care of my repair 2 days later on Saturday. On Saturday he came to my house as promised and did the repair of my quartz countertop. He did a GREAT job and both me and my wife were so pleased with his workmanship. To be honest, I had a very hard time seeing the repair location with the great job that he did. My wife said to me after she saw the repair "you found the right guy"! I highly recommend Vlad for stone repairs. If I have the need to add or change countertops in my house, he will be my first call based on his excellent quality work and attention to detail."

Buffing and Polishing questions, answered by experts

A floor polisher won’t remove scratches from a wood floor, but the polish can fill in surface scratches and make them all but invisible. If you run your fingernail gently over the scratch and it doesn’t catch, chances are that the polish will hide it. If it does catch, you might want to have your floors fully refinished, and you might need to have a professional floor sander in for particularly deep scratches. When in doubt, call a professional floor polisher to determine if polish will fill in your scratches or if you need more in-depth services.

No, using a power sander on brick is not recommended because the force of the sander can destroy brick's fragile outer layer. Even using sandpaper on brick is discouraged because of the damage its abrasiveness can cause.

Costs depend on tile material, damage severity, labor, and whether refinishing is required.

While quartz holds up well against stains of all kinds, it isn’t completely resistant. Make sure to wipe up water and other liquids as soon as possible to prevent stains. If you spot water stains on your quartz countertops, you can clean quartz counters in just a few steps using simple household cleaners, like dish soap or baking soda paste.

The best cleaning method to use for your project will depend on the specifics of that project. However, sandblasting does come with the risk of damaging the surface you’re trying to clean. One safer alternative to sandblasting is laser cleaning, which can remove many of the same contaminants with a lower risk of damage and a lower overall cost.
