Both times he has arrived within a day or two of my initial contact. If its a one-person job, he shows up by himself. He has others he works with if he cannot perform a job alone. He charges about $100/hour, which is fairly steep for this area. He often charges a flat rate for standard repairs and will likely provide you an estimate when contacted. He is reliable, honest, knowledgeable and prompt. Qualities often hard to come by when seeking help for home repairs. He mostly does home heating and cooling systems, but he did replace my garbage disposal, so he may be willing to do some other types of work. I will definitely hire him again.
