But Tylor, my installer, was extremly professional and very good at his job. THe entire job took only two days and the result is fantastic. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and went to work. He consulted with me on placement of some W items, so I got what I wanted and the way I wanted it. When he finished, everything was cleaned up, like he was never here. The work is beautiful and I am extremely happy with the outcome, it is better than I exoected I believe Tylor is a strong asset to the Bordner organization. Any future work I may need done, will be done by Bordner and hopefully Tylor as the installer. "Jim came sooner then expected. Look at the fithy drain and gave a reasonable estimate. Stating if he didn't have it finished in about an hour then he would have to come back and do more extensive work.
My drain was clogged with debris from recent construction and pack in the very well. Jim started and was done before I had time to question it.
He made sure the drain was working and the were no debris holing anything up.He clean my mess and his mess, very tidy.

"RSI was quick, efficient, and very professional.  the best part was by hiring RSI we were introduced to Milo Valezuela, an employee at RSI who not only assisted with the replumb, but was also responsible for repairing all of the drywall that they had to remove in order to install the new water lines throughout the house.
Milo did such a fantastic job of repairing all of the drywall and perfectly matching the finish coat that you could not tell where the replumb had been done once the work was complete.  As a result, we hired him to do the drywall and finish work for a a complete kitchen remodel that we performed, and once again the end product was excellent.
