"The cleaners removed the window screen but while cleaning them, they destroyed my windows screen.
I have very high windows and the cleaners left behind water marks all over, did not look very good.

"I have used Josh's services in the past for electrical issues, doors that weren't hung correctly and needed to be shaved down, cleaning of my HVAC unit coils. I haven't found anything that Josh can't do, and he is SO thorough. He is our "go to guy" for anything that comes up. In fact, I have a list of "Josh to do" items that we will be doing over time. He has a great work ethic, and is super nice. "Joe from JMS Drain Services was my service technician who arrived well within the window scheduled service time. Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes.
