Minimum lunch break, offered to use our house for lunch but had lunch outside instead. Clean-up after work was completed was excellent, no debris found on the premise. The finished work, roof looks beautiful. The initial service call was excellent taking time and covering all the work details, color, upgrade options and benefits. "The overall patio looks good, however, you should know that Bobby omitted the structural C channel from my header beam without consulting me because it was difficult to install. He also only installed half of the rafter tails. When I asked why (via phone, after he left the site), he stated it was because he likes the look of the 'wider spaced rafter tails'. As if this was his decision to make. I believe it's because it amounted to less work. His crew also left my yard a mess, Del Taco trash and water bottles. The pin on my gate was also not secured which cause a family pet of 14 years to get lose which cost me $112 to get out of the dog pound."

Well HD Lancaster location only had two of the HE toilets that I wanted, so the 3rd toilet was picked up in the HD Palmdale store. Joshua did all this with pleasure.
