They did a professional job on the unit installation and a great job of cleaning up. The installation took about 7 hours and they then explained how it worked, the warranty, and what maintenance would be needed. "All in all it went well.  An estimate was provided that I thought reasonable and a date / time was set.  The crew was on time and finished removal and cleanup in one day.  I requested that a week be provided between removal and installation so I could do some other work myself in the cleaned attic; this was provided with no issue.  They returned to install blow-in insulation and duct work, again on time.  I did notice that the insulation was not as deep as was contracted; I contacted the company the next day and on review they agreed with me and the crew returned to install the additional insulation."
