They explained that an additional area we wanted to clean would cost a reasonable amount more, on top of the Big Deal, which seemed fair. They arrived on time. The wood was turning green before the service, but looked perfectly clean and new after the service. Our only concern was that one thin wooden banister was nearly broken following the treatment, which we understand can be common with power washing. "
"I have no complains about this company and the people that worked at my house. At my house, Ezra sent 4 workers that came over and did all the paint work. They covered everything and made sure to move all the bulky items so they won?t get damaged. After they finished the work, they returned and arranged the items and then moved to the next area. Ezra assigned to my house his supervisor Charlie and he visited the house several times during the work time and made sure that we are happy and that there are no problems. Most of the paint work was a sponge paint with 2 colors but the common areas were with a special paint which took longer to do. I'm very happy with this company and I highly recommend them for any paint work. "
"We have a rental in Lancaster, and the tenant called to say that one sprinkler zone had been running for about 2½ hours. I tried to talk them through looking for the valve, but it wasn't successful. I called Josh based on the stellar reviews here, and got his voicemail. The ONLY negative thing I'll say about him is that if I hadn't read the reviews, I wouldn't have felt confident based on his outgoing message. When he called back (within 10 minutes, by the way) those less-than-confident feelings were completely assuaged. He just happened to be very close to our property, and said he'd stop there on his way to his next job. He was there in 5 minutes. He shut the valve off, and called to tell me that it was a bad solenoid, and also another valve was leaking. I told him that I knew he had another job to go to, and that I had a regular gardener who could make the repairs on his next trip. I thanked him for the speedy trip, and asked him how he'd like to settle up, i.e. credit card, check etc. He said, "If your gardener can do the repairs, then don't worry about it, you don't have to pay me, I was right here." #1, you know I'm sending him money. #2, you know he's now our lifetime source for both our rental properties in Lancaster.
