Almost a week later I hadn't heard from him and called. He told me that they had decided they didn't want the job, they had too many other jobs. First, if they had too many jobs lined up he should never have offered me an estimate on mine. Secondly, he did not have the courtesy to notify me of that decision and clearly would not have gotten back to me at all if I hadn't contacted him. I try to support local businesses. This company is very unprofessional."
