17 Nick was very thorough with his work! Did a full service of tracks, screens, and windows, he even includes the frames and window sills in the price. Previous people I have fired to do this type of cleaning did not compare to the pricing as well as value of the service that Nick provides....

The wood they replaced in my hardwood floor did not match at all and I had to call them out three more times to try to correct it. They also used the side of my building to wipe their brushes and stained it and then spilled stain all over the walkway and I had to call them out two more times...
