"Not what they advertise! I often Google companies and read their reviews in order to see how the customers are treated and how the company handles their customers. This company had wonderful reviews, and some did say they were a little pricey, but worth it. So I called them when our air-conditioner wasn't working. The lady on the phone was pleasant. The technician who arrived was okay, not the best. He was very concerned about getting 5-stars so he could possibly win a cruise. I wasn't impressed, I as a customer, would rather you tell me about my air-conditioning unit than your need for a vacation. We paid for the part that was replaced and bought the NOT so wonderful membership. This technician didn't email an invoice or receipt, as he said he would. So no transaction history of buying this membership. So a few weeks into the future, the air conditioner is not blowing cold air again. We call, the lady again was pleasant. Someone new comes out, he is much better. He states we will be on his priority list and he will be our technician in the future. The company states they will sent the same tech each time, this way they get to know you and the unit. A few days later, we get a call. The lady asked how our service was, my sig other stated the service was better and inquired about the membership. The free tune up was scheduled. The company called a few days before the tune up and tried to reschedule because another customer "needed their ac fixed badly". I inquired about the "priority scheduling", and wasn't given an answer, but was forced to reschedule. The day of the service comes and, well, they call again a few hours before to attempt to reschedule. Again, same story about being backed up and someone else needed to be handled first. This time we didn't reschedule. This visit was the last straw, the technician was a completely different guy (so much for their claims on the same tech), he never called to let us know he was there, and he left with out talking to the home owner. My 80 year old mother in law (who only speaks Spanish) was there, and the tech didn't communicate with her at all and just left. So needless to say, we aren't happy and will be demanding a full refund of their "Membership" price. Thanks for nothing Lee's Air. PS you can have your yard sign back & Mary in the reception office is very rude!!"
