The quote was very fair, in fact, I was a bit surprised at the price, for the amount of work required. I asked him if he included the stump grinding in the quote & he said he actually forgot to include the cost for stump grinding, but he would honor the quote anyway. I simply couldnâ t allow him to do that, so he modified the quote to include stump grinding & I accepted it. He updated me throughout the project, with photos & status & completed the project in a timely manner. I actually had until 03/14/24 to abate my vacant lot, but I was able to contact â Code Enforcementâ this a.m. to let them know the lot is ready for their inspection. I am a very satisfied customer & will most likely be hiring Jesus Varela -Terrainy Landscape for future projects. He also made a recommendation for additional work, on my lot and Iâ m currently awaiting his quote for that work.
