This industry is full of scams, so I was very skeptical. A husband/wife team: She gave me the quote and he cleaned. Everything is included in the quote...no up-sells or tricks. Although the big scrubbing machine looks like it's going to tear up your carpet, it was fine. Our carpet has never been cleaner. Our stairs were a mess. They look much better now, but the dust that gets in the corners and sides of the stairs can stain the carpet. That's what happened to us....if you don't clean it out for 7 years, it's just not going to come out! I recommend this company. However, if you want your carpets cleaned under and behind your furniture, you need to tell them that because they clean only in the open, high traffic areas if you aren't specific about what you need."
