"Doug returned my 1 st phone call, he then came by our house the next day at the time we chose. after agreeing to work to be done and price it was a simple contract and handshake. They needed to check their schedule and get back to us. Got a call from Lori and scheduled to start on Friday morning at 7:30. Crew was on time, each man went to work and it was clear they were professional, no idle chatter or distractions. Came back on Monday (on time) Same results as Friday, Doug came by ,looked around and spoke to the crew briefly no interference.. after all was done and cleaned up the crew THANKED us We had used Porter years ago and it was the same experience VERY PROFESSIONAL"
