"Fantastic outcome! I was initially convinced replacing my circuit breaker panel would solve my many house electrical problems. Owner Bill convinced me the intelligent/logical approach would be to trouble shoot everything before committing to same. Their staff identified several problems and professionally fixed everything at a very reasonable price. I expect to eventually upgrade the circuit breaker panel but will cross that bridge when necessary. In the meantime, very happy with how fine everything is working now. Wonderful Experience!!!"

"I had an absolutely stellar experience with Varuzh. From my initial phone call, all the way through his service I was treated with patience and respect. It is such a vulnerable position to put yourself in, to have computer repair work done by a stranger, and finding a truly trustworthy person to deal with can almost seem impossible. On top of that, the vast majority of IT people seem to relish in being condescending and seem to love to make you feel terrible about your equipment etc. Not Varuzh, from the time I called to explain the issue I was having and all the way through his service, he listened intently, offered great and reasonable solutions and put my mind to ease right away. He also worked very quickly and efficiently. And he even went as far as to offer help and suggestions for another family member who was experiencing similar issues.
