"Advertised 1 person for 6 hours or 2 for 3 hours. 4 people showed up and said they would be here for 1 hour. My son who was visiting told them their math was wrong and they needed to stay 1 1/2hours. The person in charge said you can get a credit from the company. I told her I just wanted my house cleaned as I was having 15 people for dinner that night. They ended up stating 1 hour and 40 minutes because that was how long it took. The 4 people were very organized and each had a specific job to do."

"Queen of clean was able to do a some what thorough job, however they did not clean behind washer and dryer as she had requested, the manager never came by to assess the employee's job performance. After the 1st cleaning my mother made the check out to "Queen of clean", After the 2nd cleaning the worker told my senior mother to make the check out to the worker and not the company. Sounds fishy, my mother was not happy with the 2nd visit cleaning, she felt it was just not adequate not the "A" rating that we were expecting after previous reviews."
