As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and positive energy. They had lots of refreshments (cupcakes!!) and even had some dog treats. I told them what needed to be done and that it was for my boss and they reassured me that they would handle it and not to worry. Super friendly!!! I was also informed that they use environmentally friendly products to clean with which is cool AND I was told I'd be given a $10 first timer discount. I wanted to hang out with the staff for a while and eat cupcakes and coffee but of course I had other things to take care of!
I came back the next morning to pick up my order. My boss was THRILLED that the stain came out of one of her favorite comforters and her fancy dress was ready for the big event that night. She also had a silk blouse cleaned that had been dirty for wayyy too long and now was fresh and clean.
Overall I give this place 5 stars across the board. Great staff and quality services. Totally worth the price. And now my boss is pleased with me. :)
They told me they would call me and never did. I followed up with them on Monday, May 12th. They said they were still looking for the pants. The woman who was helping me would not give me her name but said she would speak to the owner and call me back. She never did. On Friday, May 16th I called the store again and spoke to Jose, the manager. He told me that he
did not believe me; that they counted the items in my dry cleaning (which they did not) and that I have the pants and am not
telling the truth. He put me on hold and then came back and told me that he would speak to the owner. I asked for the
owner's name which he would not tell me. He repeated over and over again to me that they counted the items, meaning
that I am lying about my not getting the pants. I told him that I have been a customer for over 20 years and that this is the first
time that this has happened. I asked him to consider the fact that I have been a customer for over 20 years and that this
is the first and only time that something like this has happened. He kept intimating to me that I had the pants and was not telling him the truth. He said he would "get back to me." I have heard this all week. I do not know if Jose is his real name.
The woman would not give me her name and I still do not know the name of the owner.
I was told by the woman that no one that used to work at the cleaners is there anymore and that they have a new
owner.
"We appreciate the opportunity to respond. We have a mandatory policy that our customer service personal count the number of pieces in front of the customer upon receipt of their items. We also prominently display signs stating for the customer to please check all pieces before leaving the premises of Steamer Cleaners in order to ensure customer satisfaction. In our 16 years of business in this location we have been honored with several awards based on the quality work and service. Our employees have given us several yeas of service: Ponce, Jose, Jerry 16 years, Blanca 11, Danya 10, Maria Elena 4, Pablo 8. Our manager returned to her home to take care of her parents. Blanca served the customer counted the items as is her routine. Veronica called the customer for follow up. Jose checked all the inventory in the store as a courtesy. We informed the customer we don not have her item and all six items were picked up. No once called her a liar. There has never been a new owner. We are glad your members have the opportunity to voice their opinions and appreciate the opportunity to respond as well."

hem and also had a slight tear that I was concerned about. They were
very thorough upon inspection, made sure they could clean it to my
satisfaction and gave me a fair price. When we picked it up it was
perfect. Spotlessly cleaned, the tear repaired and it looked like new. I
can highly recommend Steamers.
