A friend of mine referred me to this place about a year ago when I spilled spaghetti sauce on my brand new Ferragamo pants. They were able to get it out "no problem". So this time when my nephew's nose bled all over my blouse I figured I would go back to them. They are very professional and courteous. They told me exactly when my garment would be ready and I picked it back up on time, simple and easy. I am very happy with the quality of their work and energy of the staff.

I was referred to this dry cleaner by my co worker. I have been looking for a good dry cleaner for a long time and now I am able to take my suits to a dry cleaner that can nicely handle and gently clean them. I work everyday and my job requires me to wear suits everyday so my first time there, they were gracious and kind to tailor my pants and have them ready the same day for me in less than one hour ( I needed the waist to be tailored). Their customer service and the speed of service was amazing and I will never forget. That's why I trust steamer cleaner to have my dry clean ready on time no matter how soon I ask them to have it ready. I am just glad that I could finally find a permanent and convenient dry cleaner. I work as a personal assistant to a very busy woman. Last week she asked me to take some items to the dry cleaners with specific instructions. One of those items was a cocktail dress that she needed hemmed for a friends wedding the following night. She already knew the measurements which she gave me on a piece of paper. Also, her bed comforter had a big red stain I'm assuming was wine judging by the deep color. I was doubtful that this was going to come out and I was sure I'd be blamed if it didn't. I've never been to a dry cleaners before and I'm new to this job so I was a bit nervous I'd mess things up. I was in charge of finding the place and I came across Steamers. I saw some really good reviews so I decided to give it a go. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and positive energy. They had lots of refreshments (cupcakes!!) and even had some dog treats. I told them what needed to be done and that it was for my boss and they reassured me that they would handle it and not to worry. Super friendly!!! I was also informed that they use environmentally friendly products to clean with which is cool AND I was told I'd be given a $10 first timer discount. I wanted to hang out with the staff for a while and eat cupcakes and coffee but of course I had other things to take care of! I came back the next morning to pick up my order. My boss was THRILLED that the stain came out of one of her favorite comforters and her fancy dress was ready for the big event that night. She also had a silk blouse cleaned that had been dirty for wayyy too long and now was fresh and clean. Overall I give this place 5 stars across the board. Great staff and quality services. Totally worth the price. And now my boss is pleased with me. :)

Every alteration is perfection. If the owner sees me in the parking lot, he greets me, helps me carry my load in, and if he happens to be in the shop when I'm picking up, offers to take it out to my car for me. My daughter looks forward to the array of treats provided by Steamer Cleaners. The cleaning is superior, the finish down to the tissue, or pins, is like receiving a gift. My wedding dress was recently rediscovered in the garage and had been packaged so wonderfully, it survived the new roof mess that fell on everything inside. The dress survived longer than the marriage. Kudos to the outstanding quality and always above and beyond any expectation of a cleaners.

We were happy with the service and very impressed with the cleaning of our clothes and the prices right for the work I got. I use Steamer Cleaner all the time. Parking is great you park right in the back and walk into the store.The hours are great. They are open til 10:00 PM during the week

It went very badly. I waited for them to look for the pants in the hope that they were still somewhere and had been misplaced. They told me they would call me and never did. I followed up with them on Monday, May 12th. They said they were still looking for the pants. The woman who was helping me would not give me her name but said she would speak to the owner and call me back. She never did. On Friday, May 16th I called the store again and spoke to Jose, the manager. He told me that he did not believe me; that they counted the items in my dry cleaning (which they did not) and that I have the pants and am not telling the truth. He put me on hold and then came back and told me that he would speak to the owner. I asked for the owner's name which he would not tell me. He repeated over and over again to me that they counted the items, meaning that I am lying about my not getting the pants. I told him that I have been a customer for over 20 years and that this is the first time that this has happened. I asked him to consider the fact that I have been a customer for over 20 years and that this is the first and only time that something like this has happened. He kept intimating to me that I had the pants and was not telling him the truth. He said he would "get back to me." I have heard this all week. I do not know if Jose is his real name. The woman would not give me her name and I still do not know the name of the owner. I was told by the woman that no one that used to work at the cleaners is there anymore and that they have a new owner.

I brought my daughters bridal gown there to be cleaned. It wasn't a very ornate gown but it was expensive and it did get quite dirty around the hem and also had a slight tear that I was concerned about. They were very thorough upon inspection, made sure they could clean it to my satisfaction and gave me a fair price. When we picked it up it was perfect. Spotlessly cleaned, the tear repaired and it looked like new. I can highly recommend Steamers.

In the 10 or so years that I have been using the service on the few occassions where I have had a complaint it was immediately addressed to my satisfaction. They treat their customers very well and will always open another register if there is even one person waiting on line. They provide coffee and small snacks for their customers and baloons for the children and doggie snacks for visiting canines - an indication of just how committed Steamer Cleaners is to their customers.

They had a fire in their store when we had some items with them. They reimbursed me on all my items, sent me an apology note, and called me apologizing. I only had a small order there so I know that I was not the only one they have treated this well. The manager is diplomatic, smart, and knows how to handle customers. They honor out of date coupons, and always get your cloths done on time. The one time they didn't have the cloths done I got a personal phone call with an apology. Another time I had a hole in my sweater that wasn't noticed when I first gave them the cloths. They left me a message saying they had found a hole in one of my sweaters and that they would not do anything with it without hearing from me first. They were excellent before the fire and they have been excellent after the fire.

They do not use solvent and your clothes look and smell better. They get stains out very well. The dress shirts are not stiff either. The cost varies depending on the item you bring in, however it is reasonable.
