10 Firstly they never told me to cap off sprinkler lines, they poured concrete deck over the lines. When sprinklers were turned on the water accumulated under the deck. Scott did cap off a couple of the lines. After that the auto fill line busted and sent water spraying all over the patio...
Great . Very reasonably priced . 28 by 14 patio roof was leaking badly and had dry rot damage. Ben Franklin's estimate for the work beat the other estimate by $1000 . $1498 versus $2500. The work was done in 1 day. The workers were friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves....
