Barry didn't think their company could match a lower bid we had received--he encouraged us to take the lower--but when he returned to work, his boss called me and said he was willing to match the price. He then asked about cleaning the ducts, and I recognized an entrepreneur who was willing to work hard (our chimney had 8 years of grime), because honest excellent work leads to more work.
