It took forever, he did not have the parts, I supplied the new faucets, this should not have taken any longer than an hour, it took all morning because he had to go get parts. They did not give me my senior discount and charged me $550. I could not believe it, then the new faucets the drains are not working right, in fact one of them doesn’t rise enough for the water to drain. Very poor service at a very high price.

I received a call right away to have the work done. They came as scheduled very polite and professional. The job was done quickly and they cleaned up afterwards. I paid $225. I was very satisfied with the service and the cost. I felt that they were very reasonable. I have highly recommended them to family and friends. I have done well with Artman Plumbing because they are local and a family owned business that guarantees all of their work.

Great as usual. They were fast, neat, friendly called back quickly and it all worked great. I am very happy with my new faucet and the work that was done with the leaking faucet. I would highly recommend this company again.

They are very responsive. If you call them, if they are really busy, of course they cannot come immediately, but they tell you when they are going to come. They show up when they are supposed to. They call you ahead of time saying they are on their way. Their knowledge in that kind of stuff is very good. They have always taken cared of what needed to be done and their professionalism is excellent. Their price is very reasonable. I can't say that it is low; I do not think it is high. For what they did, I felt the price was just fine.

I called and set up appt but canceled when a friend was able to do it for me. They were very nice on the phone and very professional and responsive. I wud try them again when the need arises because they were reasonable, family run and polite.

All my master bathroom fixtures were old and pitted (gold color) and because I had a new shower enclosure installed with the brushed nickel finish, I wanted all the faucets, etc., replaced in brushed nickle. Nothing went smooth (no fault of the plumber)...the bath tub faucet (where the water comes out) did not have enough room behind it to get an allen wrench in to undo it and there was never any kind of access door put in to the plumbing. They finally got the faucet turned enough to get it unscrewed, but the new fixtures (same plumbing brand) did not fit quite the same and the piping could not be removed as the mortar was solid around the piping. Some tile had to be removed, the mortar chiseled out and an access door cut in from my shower stall to access the actual plumbing to the tub. Even the faucets and shower head in my shower stall didn't install the same as the old fixtures (there again, the same brand was used) and they had to cut a hole in the sheetrock in my bedroom to access the plumbing. And last, but not least, when the toilet was pulled up, it was discovered that the flange had one broken off screw that holds the toilet in place. Just like the bathroom plumbing, the flange had been mortared into the floor and had to be chiseled out to be replaced and then the very nasty looking water line coming into the toilet was replaced. There was one main plumber, but some helpers from time to time. They were always on time and very courteous. They informed me at every step if they ran into any trouble (which they did) and showed me what they found. I have used this company for a couple small jobs after this major one and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The team did a great job of installing the gas feed, but they put the grate in upsidedown and just lay the logs one on top of another not following the instructions that accompanied the log set. The hook-up was done well although they used a bright yellow flexible gas line which is very obvious looking in the fireplace. A black flexable line would have been much more appropriate. I had to take all the logs out, turn the grate upright and then reinstall the logs. Needless to say, I was dissapointed in what the installers had done outside of the gas connection they made.

fEverything went quickly and well.

I had a sprinkler that did not stop watering and I had to turn off the whole sprinkler system to prevent a flood. I called Artman Plumbing and they responded quickly. I did not want dead grass or have to water by hand daily. They replaced the valve with a newer valve that can be turned off quickly with out turning off the whole sprinkler system. The second job was my other nightmare! I could not locate the shrub sprinkler head it had just disappeared within the root growth over a year ago. I had a lot of water coming out from underneath thick roots. My shrub is over 7 feet and thick and I did not want it damaged or cut down because it was just one of several against my fence which was part of my pool landscape. Artman used various tools to remove the thick old root growth without damaging the look of my shrub and replaced it with not one but two sprinkler heads to ensure adequate watering in that large area. I was impressed because all this work was done in a small thick area between a large thick shrub and wooden fence with several other plants surrounding it. I appreciated the care that was taken to do this job.

Excellent. I have an older home with original parts. Whenever work is done the parts need to be updated. I have a home warranty that sends me different companies for my other repairs but no one has provided better service than this company. They always seem to go the extra mile. They get along well with my dogs which is one less thing to worry about.

Artman Plumbing has been our plumber for over 11 years. They were our plumbers when we lived in our original home and when we moved into our current home 5 years ago, we brought them with us - we wouldn't want anyone else. Artman, that's Art and Sherry, is family-owned, dependable (we know they will get right back to us when we phone), reliable (because their work is always guaranteed. If we have a problem, they'll get to the root of it.), and they are fair and reasonable. They are great with our animals, and they were very considerate of our elderly mom. It is a relief to have folks like Art and Sherry whom we can trust and contact with any plumbing problem we might have. They are more then a plumbing service- they are truly nice people.

3 employees arrived (the owner, his wife, a trainee). I explained the problems with the toilet and shower. They discussed among themselves the different options. They successfully fixed everything. I do have a few concerns. One, I was told I would get an estimate of the cost before they started work, but this did not happen. My bill had one grand total. It was not itemized. I do not know if I was charged for three plumbers or one. I do not know if I was charged by the hour or not. They took the time to teach the trainee and they also had to make a return trip to their shop for a part. Was I charged for that return trip? I do not know the cost of the replacement part. Inspite of all this, I would still recommend this company.

HE WAS VERY GOOD, HE CAME OVER RIGHT AWAY AND WENT TO WORK. IT DIDN'T TAKE HIM ANY TIME AT ALL. HE ALSO CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL WHILE DOING THIS AND WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE.
