Best carpet installation pros near Rocklin, CA

"They did an excellent job. Especially in the hallway leading from the garage that was really severely soiled and the stairs. I would definitely hire them again. The carpets were cleaned for a move out so we can get our deposit back. I have no doubt in my mind that the carpets will not be an issue for my refund."

"Glen was very professional. He was on time, evaluated what needed to be done. I had cat urine on my carpet so the padding needed to be taken out and replaced. He removed the padding but couldn't install it until I had the carpet cleaned. He called back to check to see if I was able to locate someone to clean it but I hadn't found anyone the first week. The next week I contacted him after I had the carpet was cleaned and this was on a Sunday morning. He was able to squeeze me in to install the padding, stretch the carpet, sealed it in and even plugged a small patch I had missing. He did some other things to the carpet but I can't recall what he said he was doing(smile). He did a wonderful job. I highly recommend him."

"Great communication from initial inquire to completion of my new floors. Ripped out my old carpet and installed my new hard floor in no time. Very smooth process. Also heard they do great tile work, when I’m ready for my bathrooms, I’ll definitely use this business. Awesome experience throughout."

"The only carpeting I have in my house is on the stairs to upstairs rooms. Installing carpeting for stairs is an art and the 2 installers knew there stuff. The also matched the pattern so it looked like a single flowing piece. They did a great job and I would recommend Empire to my friends and family."

"We contacted Erik Medel after getting a year old bid from him. He updated the bid, performed not only flooring installation but fixed a sagging floor. He was so commentating, worked with us through the whole process, communicated often and provided pictures of the completed job. A pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him."

"We feel so fortunate to have found William Solis. He did a fantastic job with our carpets which I felt were hopeless and we had unexpected guests coming to stay a while. Several months ago I came home with two dogs rescued from a shelter to add to one very imperious mini dachshund. Shortly afterward in a tangle with the three of them and a gate I fell, tearing a tendon in one leg and breaking 2 wrists. Needless to say dog training fell into neglect. Along with the last in line housework. On short notice William came to help, he came to view the scene the same day he answered my advertisement and did the job the next day. He was precisely on time. He worked very, very hard and steadily for all the time he was here. He had excellent, new, top of the line equipment. My husband, Peter, was a golf course superintendent for many years and appreciates hard work and well tended equipment. Peter recently retired of necessity because of a serious neck injury and we really needed Williams help. I want to add that we both liked William so very much. He is a kind and gracious gentleman and any one would be happy to have him as a friend. He is clearly honest, dependable and generous and his fee reflected these characteristics"
