Pressure washed our 14-yr old deck the first day - AND the pergola overhead - AND the fiberglass roofing. They ALSO cleaned the adjacent pool of cleaning debris - without being asked! Next day sanded the deck, let dry, returned to apply preservative - which brought out the original beauty of the redwood. Spectacular results. Throughout they protected downspouts, electrical connections, cleaned dirty water sitting in the base of sliding glass doors - and somehow made a squeaky deck silent. (I've walked across it 4 times tonight and there wasn't a single squeak.) Gorgeous result. "They did all of the window panes, even though I miscounted and I was just over the 20 offered in the Big Deal (I was counting windows, not panes).  The guys were friendly, fast, and professional.  The glass was sparkling!  I didn't want to pay extra for deep cleaning of the screens, but they were much improved, even with the basic cleaning.  The one area that could have been improved was the gutters.  They were very dirty and I expected them to be cleaned completely.  However, there was still a lot of dirt in them.  I can't complain too much because I only paid $99 and the clean windows were more than worth the price.

"DJS' crew worked fast and did a very comprehensive job. They arrived on time, were great about cleaning up after themselves and were pretty good communicating the state of the project. They were interrupted by several days of rain, but came right back and finished up when the weather cleared, putting in extra hours on a Saturday to finish the job in a timely manner. The house looks very sharp and clean, and the extra priming will help keep the older home protected from the weather. It took a great big chunk of our budget for repairs, but they definitely took care of everything, from color consultation at the beginning to clean up at the end. The speed and convenience of having professionals who clearly knew what they were doing was worth the price.

"Roberto took care of or lawn maintenance at our previous home. We bought a new home (new construction) in Discovery Bay. We had him give us an estimate to landscape the entire backyard and side yard. His estimate was VERY AFFORDABLE! We agreed and he and his crew started that next Monday.
