Also, he is very knowledgeable about the window product/Milgard because he thought it best for this job to actually remove most of the old window frames, not customary for a/this "retrofit" versus "replacement" window installation. He was willing to do the extra work at no additional cost in order that the new window frames were not wide/distracting but thinner/minimal/open/clean/more open/glass configuration to enhance the overall modernization of the complex. I "gambled" with this new look for improving the complex, and Chris made not only the complex look good but me as president as well. Every- one is thrilled by the windows results, even asking "why didn't 'we' do this earlier?' I and the other homeowners do not hesitate at all in recommending Christopher Coyle and his Alta Sierra Windows company to any other homeowner.
