Plants x30, Palm trees x10, some gravel work as well as sod installation to include sprinklers and drip system. He and his crew did an amazing job. The best part was he made sure we were happy every step of the way. He was very flexible to changes we made along the way and Pricing was awesome. I will not use anyone else for future projects. "While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

"not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."

"It went very well.  They were here when they said there would be here and finished when they said they would be done.... 3 days.  They were neat and cleaned up very well.  The wall patches were done well too.  After completion, there was a drip at an outside joint.  When we called, they came right out and fixed it.  We have had no problems since.
