"Where to begin? My seemingly tiny kitchen was a 1969 disaster, with no upgrades other than repeated paint jobs. There was very little storage space and totally unusable seating space. I’m so glad I found G&L Cabinets on Angi! I had several other outfits come and give me estimates but they all seemed to have their own agenda about what I needed. I went with G&L because they could do what I needed within my budget and George listened to my ideas and incorporated them as well as suggesting some needed changes. The newly installed cabinets, , crown molding, granite, and subway tile back splash is gorgeous and far exceeded my expectations. I now have twice as much storage space, a convenient countertop bar, two lazy Susans, a pantry with pull out shelves, undercounter lighting, and adjustable shelving. My kitchen seems much larger and brighter. George’s workmanship is pristine, and he had the entire kitchen done in less than a week. G&L is trustworthy, quick and fastidious and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend G&L Cabinets to anyone who wants a beautiful result at a perfect price point."

"Alejandro is definitely an artisan in the old tradition, having been trained in his craft by his father. He is a perfectionist. Customer satisfaction is very important to him. I hired him to construct and install a customized set of bookshelves and office workspace in my home office. The result is both functional and beautiful. A word of advice: if you have trouble imagining in three dimensions or you lack an aptitude for thinking ahead about the minutiae of design details that will interface with Alejandro's woodwork (e.g., any electrical outlets or wiring details), you might really benefit from hiring a designer to work with you. The specifications that you give to Alejandro is exactly what he will create."

"DO NOT HIRE!!! If I could give "0" stars I would. Lacking attention to detail. Crooked cabinets and drawers. Splitting wood and paint. Unresponsive to, and do not return calls. Does not honor warranty work. Claimed to give us a functional kitchen without regard to quality of their work. They also did our tile work which is hideous. It is so uneven it is literally 3D when light shines on it. They took longer than expected, wanted 90% payment when only 50% work was completed. Threatened to pull off job if 90% payment wasn't made when only a little over 50% work was completed. I can post photos if necessary."
