I lease a house built Stimson Const. It is a very well built home with a lot of upgraded features like self close cabinets and granite throughout. If it was slightly larger with one additional bedroom I would gladly purchase this house.

He also has done numerous house repairs, replaced wooden siding, cleaned gutters, repaired an outdoor fountain, trimmed trees, cut bamboo, hauled away cuttings, refinished a large wooden deck, replaced a large watering system and many other general repairs, both inside and outside the house.
