The estimate, along with others arrived in a timely manner, upon review I noted I wished to add additional scope. The builder said they'd get back to me. Over the period of a month no update was provided despite multiple emails, phone calls and text. Not sure if I got lost in the shuffle or what ... but at the end of the day they were unresponsive. Which is of course frustrating. I did not get to see their work, just the front end contract effort."
