"Our home is a modern with multiple arched very high ceiling with all kinds of setbacks and shelf type places. Over the course of the past five years and a number of earthquake actions (the home is 11 years old) we have had significant settling and shifting which broke very large cracks in our 24 foot ceiling and along the various ridges in the ceiling and walls. I am amazed at the incredible quality of work. I called them based on a reference from another party, my call was promptly returned and Greg personally came out to look over the job. He indicated he would fax or email me the bid that evening and I promptly received it, notified him the next day and within three days the work was started. His staff is polite and professional, extremely conscientious and very trustworthy. When they say they will be at your home at 8 am, they are there, ready to go with all the proper equipment and experienced people. Just the plastering job alone was an individual with a helper and it was like watching an artist completing his work. The painting team came in right behind and started working their magic. When they leave at night their work places are clean and they attempt to return every item to the exact place which was a real challenge when you are having an entire home with an open concept painted while still living in the home.

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
