It fell far short of expectation, because it wasn't even level with the existing retaining wall. I had to work with them to put sod up to make it look like it was level. I would not recommend him. He made it sound like he wasn't doing anything wrong, but he was way off.
All Fence Company did a great job refurbushing what I had and replacing what I needed. They also did a nice work on a retaining wall I needed .
Project dragged on for weeks. They had major problem on the stairs. Installers were difficult to communicate with. Installer damaged wall. However company did negotiate final price based on damage to wall. Tried to communicate with this company later on, by fax and telephone. Never returned...
