"The owner Brian runs a tight ship. He is on the job site the entire time and keeps his team moving and working hard. Very responsive to every details we wanted and made sure the work was done right. "I chose this business because of the ratings, so I had some high hopes for this very small job. My expectations were to make it safer for me and the other senior who lives here. I understood that it was a patch job. The crew did a sloppy job, I was left with a 3/4 inch lip on the top end one board that is a MORE dangerous tripping hazard than the holes., and runs 6 1/2 feet--(at least you could SEE the holes). The other top board that runs the the rest of the length of the deck is also a tripping hazard. (about 1/4 of an inch higher on the edge). He came back and fixed it, so I am satisfied."
