The customer service was amazing and my telephone calls were returned promptly. The quality of the product and stone layout was done very professionally and aesthetically pleasing. The crew worked with me on the fireplace as I pre-chose stones and the layout on the fireplace. They made suggestions as needed. They were very meticulous in cleaning up the work area each day.
