"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

"Work was excellent. Ocean Seven Builders Crew was very professional and arrived on time. Excellent preparations before work began, covering all plants surrounding the house. Minimum lunch break, offered to use our house for lunch but had lunch outside instead. Clean-up after work was completed was excellent, no debris found on the premise. The finished work, roof looks beautiful. The initial service call was excellent taking time and covering all the work details, color, upgrade options and benefits. Excellent follow-up after initial visit via email. Very responsive to all follow-on questions. We felt like they were doing the quality of work they would do on their own homes. They recently remodeled our living room; removed existing gas fireplace, installed new energy efficient fireplace, refaced/repainted, addressed numerous electrical issues, and retitled cracked travertine tile. They did this in 3 days and cleaned during and after they concluded our project. We LOVE the outcome!
