"I scheduled an appointment to have the carpet in my master bedroom deep cleaned and treat any pet stains. I received a call the day before my appt to provide a time frame of when the technician would arrive. The day of the appointment I received a phone call from the technician to let me know he was on his way. The technician arrived promptly and measured the square footage since I was a first time customer. He informed me that the information would be placed in their system so repeat appointment would have that information. I was asked follow-up questions around my pet so any stains could be treated properly. At the end of the cleaning a blower was set up to help the carpet dry. The cleaning left my carpet looking brand new and the scent used was light and pleasant. I was given a spot cleaning solution for use between appointments. The technician was very professional and took the time to educate me on the process. I was pleased with the overall results and will be a repeat customer and recommending to family and friends."

Charged less for the carpet cleaning than original estimate because I added on the couch and chairs. Also left me some spot remover. Love that it is environmentally safe and that there are no smells left. Plus, it made me tend to other cleaning as prep like cleaning drapes. Will definitely hire again.
