Best grout and tile cleaning pros near Manteca, CA

"Heidi and Ken are great. They both take pride in providing great customer service, doing a job at a fair price, and making sure I was satisfied with their work. My tile floors are CLEAN! Ken felt it would be in my best interest to not seal the job until I had some grout repair done. Once this work is done, I'll have Ken come back and seal my floors for me."

"Paul and Cesar did a beautiful job laying new tile over the old tile shower floor. Everything was sealed and the tile layout just pops. It looks brand new. We couldn't be happier. Would recommend them and use them again."

"The work performed was excellent - especially in our kitchen area which was really needing work. Avelino and his partner were very professional and knowledgeable as we have both travertine and ceramic tiles. The kitchen tile looks like new and the cleaning involved them down on their hands and knees scrubbing grout lines - not just using the machine. I don't know if that is usual for tile cleaning but I suspect not. For the amount of area we had cleaned and the results obtained, the price was very reasonable. You can probably find someone a little cheaper, but I doubt that they would do the same quality job as Advance."

"Grout Pro cleaned, colored and sealed our grout. In addition, he re-grouted some areas in our master bath. Manny is very punctual, polite and professional. Our tile looks like new and he exceeded all our expectations. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of tile restoration."
