Two small upper decks, railings, stairs were replaced. Flat top roof over a room addition, painting and all the other little things we can't do anymore that I needed done. "After purchasing the Big Deal, the provider contacted us promptly and was helpful in explaining the service.  They explained that an additional area we wanted to clean would cost a reasonable amount more, on top of the Big Deal, which seemed fair.  They arrived on time.  The wood was turning green before the service, but looked perfectly clean and new after the service.  Our only concern was that one thin wooden banister was nearly broken following the treatment, which we understand can be common with power washing.

"Josh painted the cabinets in my rather large kitchen as well as my front door and shutters. Josh was very prompt, courteous and professional. Not to mention his price was the absolute best. He arrived early, but waited until the scheduled time to knock on the door. He managed his time well and completed the job a day ahead of what was originally scheduled. It was originally my job to get the paint, which I forgot to do, but Josh had no problem going to the store and ordering the paint. He was very honest, leaving me the receipts and all the extra materials. Oh did I forget to mention parts of the base boards around the cabinets were cracked, he replaced them with no problem. I Will definitely be using his services again, in fact I already have another job lined up for him.
