They came on time and called a head to let us know when they would be there. Jason and Ethan were great. They were able to resolve the problem in about 5 minutes.

Pete Armes of Armes Electric in Laguna Hills is a super being. My sprinkler system had no power and I was concerned my shrubery and lawn would not survive the hot, dry weather without water. He mentioned this happens alot and told me how to correct it. I couldn't find the problem and he provided a temporary solution using another power source until he could schedule a visit . I. He called the next day to say he was in my area on a personal matter and would stop and fix my system. It took him two minutes to find the problem and the cause. He definitely went out of his way to help and he deserves triple kudos. I have never dealt with a company of this excellence and it is refreshing to know they do exist.

We had a great experience with Jason and Ethan. They were professional, efficient and really nice guys. They got the job done and I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service. The guys (Marcus & Danny) were a few minutes early and at the house even before I arrived at the scheduled time. They were very cool and did a great job fixing the problem. They were even able to repair the lighting fixture with a very unusual part they had in truck! Their work was neat, quick and professional - Highly Recommend.

Excellent work. Just be clear that Armes is an electrical contractor, not a general contractor. While they can recommend drywall & painters, these are outside the electrical bid.

Pete was awesome - my wife and i were uncertain to how to get our electrical back on after a fuse had blown. We had tried all of the standard operating procedures and nothing seemed to work. Pete answered his phone right way on a SUnday afternoon and spent time walking my wife and I through the necessary steps to get things resolved. He did not charge us anything just performing a neighborly service call. Wow people like Pete are great Americans and great people. I've never provided any feedback for any product or service I've ever purchased but I felt compelled to take some time to outline a few details about the incredible service and professionalism the Armes team continually displayed. First off, Pete Armes (owner) is outstanding at what he does. He knows his business and more importantly, he knows how to take care of his customers. He was fantastic throughout the entire process for several electrical projects his company completed for my home. He makes himself available or always calls back within a very short period of time. He really cares about the results of his team's work and is just generally a great guy. His team is extremely professional, show up on time, don't make a mess and the final results were much better than I expected. If you are looking for an electrician in Orange County, you absolutely need to try the Armes team. You will not be disappointed.

One of the lights they fixed stopped working again a week later. I called, and they came back out within a day to look at it again and get it working again at no charge. At that time I had them replace the type of recessed lights so I could get lights that were much brighter and more appropriate for the vanity area.

A family member referred them. We had them do all kinds of stuff before. They have installed electrical outlets. They have done okay work. They are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I would rate them highly. They are expensive, but you get what you paid for. They are fair on their price. I will use them again.

The crew from Armes Electric arrived on time, protected my antique furniture, moved cautiously around my pet rabbits (who have the run of the room), and meticulously cleaned after they left. The ceiling lights and the light over the painting light dramatically increased the appearance and impression of the room, which went from dark and drab, to warm and inviting. The painting, with details previously obscured by the darkness of the room, became a masterpiece with the details of brush treatment, form, and the varieties of flesh tones previously unseen. Everyone at Armes Electric is professional, reliable, trustworthy, impeccably honest, and excellent in their craft. I would not hesitate to contact Armes again for any electric repairs or construction and I highly recommend Armes Electric.

I was looking for an electrician to troubleshoot some exterior wiring/lighting issues. A handyman had discovered that an exterior power outlet and some patio lighting where incorrectly (and unsafely) wired. I called Armes electric. After a couple of rounds of phone tag, I got a call back from the company owner who was very polite and seemed very knowledgeable. He offered to come and review the situation and give me a free estimate, which impressed me. However, by this time I had already made an appointment with another electrician who was referred by a friend. However, I would definitely call Armes Electric again in the future.

They have friendly service. They are clean. My husband was very happy when he came home, so that was the best part. They worked the whole time and they never took a break. It was an 8-hour job. They were local, so that was nice.

We got them from Angie's List and they did an amazing job. We were extremely satisfied. They knew as to what they were doing and they were efficient. The staff was extremely polite and very interested in how we felt about them being in our home. They were very considerate. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

It was a lot of work. Pete had 4 electricians on the job all-day. They were courteous, professional, neat and most importantly knew their trade. They did a terrific job all around. The garage where they spent most of their time turned out really fine. I will definitely use Armes again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors. From the initial call, Pete was helpful and enthusiastic about the job. I knew it was going to be a groundbreaking project in some respects because I had previously spoken to the city building department and the electric utility, SCE. The city had not yet permitted any EV panels, and SCE had only connected two in a neighboring city. Pete's main objective was to make sure we weren't without electricity overnight. Because power to the house had to be cut, Pete had numerous conversations with SCE to ensure proper wiring and a prompt cutover. Similarly, he had conversations with the city building department to make sure that they could inspect and give the go-ahead to restore power in the same day. His leadership in these conversations clarified a number of gray areas before starting work. Before the project day, Pete planned where power would be run. That allowed for trenches to be dug, and the side of the house to be prepped for the new panel. He spent time with the building department to craft the permit. On project day, Pete's excellent team arrived early and was ready for the utility to cut off power. The building inspector came at the appropriate times, and everything was wired when SCE returned to restore service. All in all, power was off for less than four hours. The team worked for the rest of the day to run wiring from the new panel, and wrapped everything up the next morning. Because of where I wanted the charger, conduit was run through two garages. The workmanship was impeccable. After repainting, it will be nearly invisible. Pete sent a detailed estimate in advance, but I never got the impression that the job was just about a profit. Since this was a big project for me, I did get a competitive quote which turned out to be higher. Considering four parties were involved, my family, the city building department, SCE, and Armes Electric, and a tight timeframe was needed, a lot could have gone wrong. Instead, Pete's careful planning allowed the project to be completed without a hitch. The work was beautiful, and the final bill was well under estimate. I couldn't be happier, and look forward to recommending and working with Armes Electric in the future.

I found the two service men sent were great. They were on time and preformed the job with knowledge and professionalism. I would recommend them to everyone. I have already listed them in my directory.

Excellent. They were efficient at finding and repairing the faulty wiring. Gave an honest estimate up front even tho we could not be sure exactly where the problem was. Performed the work quickly in a most professional and polite manner. They were very careful to work around our personal items - lamps, furniture, pets. Well done!

A few months ago, Armes installed some low-voltage outdoor lighting and a timer to control it all. (It was a beautiful job, by the way.) A week or so ago, the timer quit working. I called, and was told that the next time they were in the neighborhood, they'd replace the timer, no charge. It took about 10 days for them to be in the neighborhood, but they arrived and replaced the timer (with a much nicer, digital model) at no cost. I continue to recommend Pete and his people.

The electricians assigned to our job called because they were running a bit late. They arrived and began to work immediately. They were very professional and knowledgable. They diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in no time. They gave us a bid on a porch fan and we will have them back to install one. This is an awesome company!
