"Yes, yes, all kinds of yes. Luth is the man. Arrived on time with a smile (and was adorable), gave me a 20 min courtesy call, no upselling and no hidden fees, and most importantly he got out set-in stains that Stanley Steemer never even touched! He's still currently cleaning but I'm so impressed that I had to hop on here and heap praise. Impressive work for a great price. I almost chose another company. And the Black ink he removed has zero trace and did not harm color or fabric texture, this took lots of time and patience but he saved my expensive sofa.
