Building In HarmonyOur roof was just finished, and I knew I had to give this team the best rating I can give because I’ve been blown away by the service, thoughtfulness and thoroughness I’ve gotten from Building in Harmony from the beginning. Our property is very hard to get to, and Michael ran into some unforeseen delays getting the permit for our roof re-do. During that time he never left me hanging, was available 24/7 via phone and text for me to check in and see where we were. Once they started, the process was fast, professional, and above and beyond. The team has been a delight to have working on our property, all fantastic guys, and considerate and communicative, which is important when you’re quarantined with 6 guys ripping up your roof :) Our roof looks and feels better than it ever has, and we are so glad we found Building in harmony. Carl, the owner of All American Window Cleaning, and his assistant, Eric, showed up for the job at exactly the time agreed upon. We have only lived in our 1907 two-story house for a year, and I am not sure when the rain gutters and down spouts were last cleaned. They got to work right away, and they did an AMAZING job of cleaning out the gutters and spouts which were VERY dirty and full of debris. They were in and out in less than two hours, and cleaned up so well afterwards that we couldn't tell they had been here. We will definitely hire them again and probably for window cleaning. Great job!

I'm a property manager who is always looking for good service people and I highly recommend Flood Brothers. My first problem at a property was finding a plumber who would be able to replace a tankless heater as not all of them do. These guys did so and were prompt and professional and very easy to deal with and they also gave the lowest estimate! They also let me know that the previous unit was something that should never have been installed because it was a dated unit from a manufacturer that is no longer is in business. I was in a jam at another property some weeks later out in Venice -- some plumbers will not service Venice because it's too far away, but it was Flood Brothers to the rescue. They managed to come out the same afternoon to diagnose and fix a leak just as my guests were arriving for their stay. It was a simple fix (for a plumber, not a layman) and they let me know and charged a fair price. Giulio and Brendan are pros and really nice and went out of their way to turn my headache into a solution. I will be calling them again.

My initial review was all negative. I wish that I could withdraw it, I was a little upset at the time. I was given a quote that I accepted and I didn't hear back from them for about a week, so I was obviously annoyed when I made my review for the "No Show". As it turned out they had a legitimate reason why they didn't get back to me sooner. I accept the reason 100%. Anyway... They spent on what I thought would have been a 3 hour day "tops" to nearly an 8 hour day. Anthony who was running the show as it turned out is a perfectionist. He pointed out minor things (to me) which I said not to worry about it on more than one occasion, and he worked on those things until he was completely satisfied. Folks, you don't see that these days! Everybody is in a hurry, not these guys. These imperfections was due to a warped door frame from flooding that we had 4-5 years ago. They quoted me for the door and door jam replacement, so this was to be expected. They finished well past sunset and the door worked and looked fantastic! Due to the darkness we did overlook a gap that I noticed the next day under the door. I took a picture, sent it to Robert Aylor, within 1 hour, Anthony was back at the house, made a quick adjustment and the problem was solved. I was blown away on how fast he came over. I live 30 minutes from Palmdale. I am very, very happy with these professionals! They are strongly recommended!!
