"Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. My parents asked me to be on point so much of the communication came to me, yet Rene also kept my parents' updated. Jordan Roofing is professional, timely, and clean up was thorough. Excellent customer service and high quality work. Even the city roof inspector commented that Jordan Roofing Company does excellent work. I highly recommend Jordan Roofing Company.show more

"FANTASTIC--F rank was at another job a long way away but agreed to come out when finished. He got here and after hearing my problem he went to work. Fixed the toilet via snake and fixed the 2 faucets fast and clean. He may not have a lot of reviews but he is a 10 and all of his reviews are A's. I am calling him next time instead of another plumber with a jillion good reviews but who tries to sell you the moon...go with Frank & you will be very happy !show more
