They showed up quickly but with no estimate, little discussion ? and shoved paperwork at my grieving mother. We feel she signed under duress. The job took 4.5 hours. The bill was massive, almost $8000; about $3000 over insurance estimates. No breakdown. No justification. Worse: valuable items, including thousands in diving and camping gear, disappeared. Photos taken by 911 HAZMAT CLEANUP clearly show some of those items present before cleanup. Afterward? Gone. The missing items were not listed, as they should have been.
