This company was referred to us by Angi to replace three fascia boards (required removing and reinstalling roof tiles and waterproof paper in order to replace two of the fascia boards) and a wooden side-gate. Victor was able to meet me, provided me his written quote, and scheduled to start our project within a very short time. Victor and his team showed up on time and completed the project within the scheduled timeframe with an excellent quality workmanship. The two gentlemen who completed the job were professional, efficient, courteous and went above and beyond to ensure that the asbestos removal was aligned to my upcoming furnace installation (i.e. called my furnace installer to ensure work was only being done in furnace room and not in attic). "We hired Ben and his team to do a full remodel of a 1940 bungalow in Burbank. Immediately upon meeting Ben I knew I wanted to work with him - he clearly has the intelligence, experience, and taste I was looking for, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Surprises arise during construction, but Ben was always direct and communicative. When a problem arose, he explained the situation, offered multiple solutions and the costs/tradeoffs of each, and we agreed together on the best course of action. The craftsmanship is wonderful, and even after the house was finished, he remained available for questions. Our house isn't a multimillion dollar compound, but Ben and his team treated it like one within our budget. "Recently my dadâ s roof blew off in a windstorm. I told him we needed 3 quotes before deciding on who should repair our roof. We contacted Trusted Home Contractors and they came out the next day to perform a full inspection of the roof and attic area. They were extremely thorough, providing numerous pictures of the damage on our roof and defects in the previous installation. Their representative, Levi, took great care in explaining the damage to my 94-year-old dad. After getting several other quotes, it was obvious to us that Levi demonstrated his knowledge of the roofing business, building codes, and insurance process. He went to bat for us with our insurance adjuster by providing key information that resulted in getting the full quote covered. We know we were not armed with the relevant information to do this ourselves. His team removed the old roof, installed a new modern roof, and arranged for the necessary building inspections, all of which were done on a timely basis. Levi really listened to our needs, both from a product and financial standpoint. He made the entire process, start to finish, easy and seamless. I would absolutely hire Levi and Trusted Home Contractors to perform additional contracting jobs in the future."
