"The quality of cleaning was better than any I had experienced before in 30 years of home ownership. John showed up on time and was extremely polite, professional and efficient. I had rather challenging carpets, since I had been taking care of an aging parent and 3 dogs for the last five years and somehow hadn't gotten to the carpets. I told him I wasn't expecting a miracle, but he sure delivered one! My carpets look practically brand new, and at 18 years old with a lot of heavy traffic, that's saying a lot. He not only vacuumed well before hand (why don't ALL carpet cleaners do this? Dirt add water makes MUD!) then pretreated heavily, used a kind of buffer machine with a mop like appliance that applied some friction to the carpets in a gentle circular motion, THEN finished off the carpets with some powerful steam cleaning. The carpets were damp but not saturated, and dried well within 4 hours. He not only got stains out that other carpet companies said would be impossible, but MOVED all the furniture except the most heavy items. I've had other companies actually clean around small wicker trash cans before, so I was thrilled that not only were the visible areas clean, but all the dust bunnies under beds and couches were gone too. I will be calling them back to do my couches and the home office floor very soon. By the way, I had tried to look up and research the company, but they are new to the area, but don't let that stop you from trying them out. I'd give them three thumbs up if I could!"

Meathead is known for jogging between lifts. Ie. Back to the truck to get more boxes. Overall we felt they were worth the price. We did discover a torn fabric on our chair. They promptly proccessed yhe claim. I overheard the team leader explain to his mover how to better use the equipment on the chair and avoid the mishap in the future.
