"Don't use these guys. It was the worst experience I've had with a business in a long long time. They are scratching the bottom of the barrel with the staff over there. Their installation manager, some guy named Diego, needs to be fired. Upper level management is no better because they won't return your calls when you want to escalate issues that aren't being resolved by front line staff and low level managers. Here are some photos of the crappy job one of their guys did. This whole thing needed to be ripped out and replaced. After dropping the ball multiple times, I was told I'd be given a discount for the serious inconvenience their team caused. Not only did they never follow thru and give us a discount, but they charged our credit card almost a week before the job was actually finished."
